Complimentary green fees

Complimentary greens fees and country club membership are included with ownership at Casa del Lago. Low maintenance fees include upkeep of the beautiful gardens and building exteriors, gated security and private utilities are included as are all tips. Members also receive 15% off of all meals and don’t pay the 10% gratuity/service charge that is added to bills. That equals a 25% total benefit.

Beach Club

Guavaberry Beach Club is located on the beach in Juan Dolio - just a 5 minute drive from Guavaberry Country Club. The Beach Club is a tropical paradise with Restaurant, Snack and bar areas, Terraces, a Large Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi.



Equestrian Center

The Guavaberry Equestrian Center is a diverse and active facility. The center offers riding lesson programs, from beginner to advanced, boarding and training, guided trail rides, and polo fields.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse at Guavaberry features a gourmet restaurant, terrace bar, piano bar, gym room, locker rooms, club storage area, meeting rooms and pool, as well as golf pro shop, 19th hole snack bar, and golf academy classroom. The Pro Shop features logo golf clothing and is open year-round.

Guavaberry Golf & Country Club offers seven venues for meetings and group events: Gary Player Salon, Piano Bar, Meeting Room, Bar Terrace, Pool Terrace, and Poolside Lawn.
